You're in the pile. I read every one.
Thanks, there. If it's a fit, you'll hear from me within 24 hours with a link to book a 25-minute call.
Before then:
- Give your parent a heads up. They'll be on the call with us.
- Find a recent video of yourself throwing, if you didn't send one.
- Keep your phone on. I'll reach out to you and your parent directly.

Thanks for applying, there.
Your application is in, and I read every one myself.
Keep stacking good weeks, and keep following along @foxdenperformance.
Thanks for applying
Not yet. And that's a good thing.
Thanks, there. I only coach high school and college pitchers, so I'm not going to take you on right now.
That has nothing to do with your talent. It's what I believe is right for your arm. The guys throwing hard at 17 usually aren't the ones who chased radar numbers at 12. They're the ones who built the right foundation first.
What actually matters at your age:
- Mechanics before velocityBuild a clean, repeatable delivery now. The velo shows up later when the movement is right.
- Protect the armReal rest, sane pitch counts, and time off from throwing every year. Year-round pitching is how young arms get hurt.
- Hold off on breaking ballsNot until the delivery is clean. Spinning breaking balls with a front side that flies open puts stress on a young elbow.
- Be an athletePlay other sports. Run, jump, throw, move. That's what builds the body that throws hard later.
When you get to high school, apply again. I'd love to see where you're at.
If you want a plan for right now
